Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026.

All In One Posting is a private scheduling tool run by Sam Arnstein (CMPLXTY) to publish CMPLXTY's own videos and captions to CMPLXTY's own Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok accounts. It is not offered to the public.

What we store

• Scheduled posts: video files, captions and publish times that we create.
• Access tokens issued by Instagram/Facebook (Meta), Google/YouTube and TikTok when the account owner authorizes the tool, stored encrypted on Cloudflare.
• Basic account identifiers returned by those platforms (account or page id and name) and the ids of posts we publish.

What we don't do

We do not collect data about other users, sell or share data, use it for advertising, or read messages. Data is used only to publish and check the status of our own posts.

Retention

Video files are deleted about 7 days after publishing. Tokens are deleted when access is revoked or on request.
